Anna Vinklárková is an architect specializing in urban planning. Since 2020, she has been working for the environmental organization Arnika, where she focuses on large development projects in Prague, planning agreements with developers, and affordable housing. She is the co-author of the publication “Prague Housing Crisis: Perspectives and Context”, as well as the “Methodology and Manual of Participatory Housing”. She is actively involved in the recodification of urban planning as a member of the Ministry of Regional Development working group, is a member of the Prague 1 Development Commission, and lectures on urban development.![]()

In her lecture, Anna Vinklárková will debunk some myths about Prague’s development and affordable housing. She will explain what planning agreements are and how they can contribute to more affordable housing, including municipal rental apartments. She will show where urban planning intersects with affordable housing—this is where Arnika and INN could look for ways to collaborate. And most importantly, you will learn what each of us can do to increase the share of affordable housing in Prague’s development projects. Come discuss and get involved in the change!![]()
The lecture and discussion will be followed by making tenant PF2026 cards, which we will then deliver to those who influence housing decisions in Prague. We would be delighted if you stayed with us and created your own PF2026 card. You can also look forward to light refreshments and mulled wine.
We look forward to seeing you there!
