For four years now, we’ve been organising ourselves to fight together for decent and affordable housing for us all! Every year brings new experiences, new members and new challenges! Come along on 24 September to the Subzero club in Prague – we look forward to seeing members, friends and supporters of the Tenants’ Initiative, and we’d love to celebrate with you too! ♡

𝟏𝟖:𝟎𝟎 – talk and discussion: ‘Development in Prague and the (non-)solution to the housing crisis’ with architect Jakub Nakládal:
⭑The construction of (un)affordable housing in Prague and abroad
How and for whom are new residential neighbourhoods being built in Prague? Do they adequately address the housing or climate crisis? And what do new neighbourhoods look like abroad – for example, in Vienna or Munich? Do they also rely solely on the free market and commercial developers? A short presentation will be given by architect Jakub Nakládal, who focuses on the issue of the housing affordability crisis and is a member of Re-set, a platform for socio-ecological transformation.⭑
