TOPIC: We have to built, or maybe not! Housing crisis 2024

 Rental housing has been on everyone’s radar in the last two years — developers, the Ministry of Regional Development, mayors and government politicians. Discussions have even started on the legal regulation of the status of tenants and the Ministry has commissioned several analyses.

 How did the interest from the state turn out and how can the situation develop further? And how is the Czech Republic trying to mitigate the housing crisis in 2024?

 This time, a short lecture was prepared by Táňa Zabloudilová, a columnist who writes, among other things, about housing, whose columns on this topic can be found in Právo and longer texts on Page Not Found.
After the debate and lecture, there will be an informal part, as always, where you can meet the Initiative’s membership, have a drink and have fun.

 The INN’s September public meeting will take place on September 12, 2024 at the Petrohradská Collective (Petrohradská street no. 438/13) at 6:00 pm.
